Reservations
Online reservations must be made at least 2 hours before the requested pickup time. Quoted rates are estimates based on the trip details provided; changes to the itinerary may change the fare.
Payment
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Your payment method is securely saved with our payment provider for the remaining 80% balance, charged after trip completion, and for any applicable modification or cancellation charges.
Modifications
Changes made 2 or more hours before pickup are free of any modification fee. Changes made less than 2 hours before pickup carry a $50 modification fee. Any fare difference from the change is shown before you confirm.
Cancellations
More than 2 hours before pickup: free cancellation and the deposit is refunded.
Between 1 and 2 hours before pickup: 50% of the trip total applies.
Less than 1 hour before pickup: 100% of the trip total applies.
First-Ride Offer
Registered customers receive 15% off their first eligible ride. The offer is used once the first discounted reservation is confirmed and its deposit is paid, and it is not restored if that reservation is later cancelled.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Asma Prestige LLC operates a transactional SMS program. If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Asma Prestige LLC about your reservation and chauffeur. Messages may include reservation confirmations and updates, pickup reminders, chauffeur and ride-status updates (such as “On My Way” and “At the Location”), and payment-related notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or booking any service — you can complete a reservation without agreeing to receive text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 619-251-3286. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
